Terms of Service
Welcome to Learnverse. By using the service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service; if you do not agree, please stop using the service. This is a draft; the officially published version prevails.

1. The Service
Learnverse provides language-learning and gamified features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Account & Sign-in
You may register and sign in with a Telegram, Google, or Apple account. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
3. In-app Points & Virtual Items
$LVP, in-game items, and collectibles are in-app virtual items for in-app use only (learning, gameplay, opening supply crates for in-game items). They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for fiat or any cryptocurrency, are non-transferable, and are not bought back by the platform.
4. Paid Items (PASS & Collectibles)
Season PASS is valid for 90 days and Year PASS for 365 days; each expires and does not auto-renew. Collectibles are one-time purchases. Actual benefits are as shown in the service and include no cryptocurrency or token.
5. Random Items & Odds Disclosure (Supply Crates)
Supply crates grant in-game items at random; the odds for each rarity are disclosed on the in-service odds page. Crates and their contents are in-game items only and are non-cashable.
6. Refunds
Refunds for paid items follow the Consumer Protection Act and the rules of the platform through which you purchased (App Store, Google Play, Telegram, etc.). Digital content or services are non-refundable once provided, used, or expired, except as required by law.
7. Changes & Discontinuation
We may change or discontinue part or all of the service for operational or regulatory reasons. If we discontinue the service, we will announce it through official channels at least 30 days in advance and handle your unused paid items as required by applicable rules.
8. Minors
Minors must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before using the service or making any purchase.
9. Personal Data
To provide the service we collect personal data such as your Telegram ID, email, or third-party sign-in identifiers. The purpose, retention, and use are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. User Conduct
You may not use cheats, bots, cracks, or other improper means, nor engage in conduct that infringes others' rights or violates the law.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
12. Governing Law & Amendments
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). We may amend these Terms; amendments will be announced through official channels, and continued use after announcement constitutes acceptance.
